Standard shipping (Canada & USA) is $10 CAD. We offer free shipping on Canada & USA orders over $100 CAD.

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the US.

We created Dandylion’s gentle products to help keep dogs’ coats healthy and happy, but we understand that every dog is unique, and our products may not be the right fit for all. If you try a product and it does not meet your expectations in terms of quality, or if it doesn’t work for your dog, we’re happy to process returns within 30 days of purchase.

• Reason for return
  

Please return the product in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used for the purchase.

Refunds are only accepted for product quality issues or if the product does not work for your dog. We cannot provide refunds for reasons such as changes in the customer’s circumstances, incorrect product selection, or incorrect shipping address.

Customers must contact our team within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please note:

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. We do not provide refunds for refills. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our criteria or if the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our standards.
