  • Orders submitted on dandylionworld.com process and ship quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care at support@dandylionworld.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified.

  • Sometimes packages are incorrectly marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely arrive within a few days. If you still have not received your order please contact our team at support@dandylionworld.com with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.

  • Our products are specifically created for dogs with more sensitive skin in mind. Our products are free from any artificial fragrances and essential oils. Please visit our About Us page to learn more!

  • We proudly manufacture our products in small batches in-house out of Toronto, Canada.

  • We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact by using recyclable, compostable, biodegradable, and recycled materials wherever possible.

    Our bottles are made from recyclable PET, while pumps are currently not recyclable due to mixed materials. We’re exploring pump-free options and hope to offer a fully recyclable pump in the future.

    We ship in recyclable cardboard boxes, tape, and inserts, and our packing peanuts are biodegradable—just add water to dissolve.

    We’re always looking for ways to make our packaging even more sustainable.

Shipping & Returns

  • At this time, we only ship to Canada and the US.

  • Standard shipping (Canada & USA) is $10 CAD. We offer free shipping on Canada & USA orders over $50 CAD.

    At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the US.

  • Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive it within 5 - 8 business days. Have you been waiting longer? Please email support@dandylionworld.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

  • Refund & Return Policy
    We created Dandylion’s gentle products to help keep dogs’ coats healthy and happy. We also understand that every dog is unique, and our products may not be the right fit for all. If you try a product and it does not meet your expectations in terms of quality, or if it doesn’t work for your dog, we’re happy to process returns within 30 days of delivery. To request a refund, please email support@dandylionworld.com with:

    • Proof of purchase
    • Item(s) you’d like to return
    • Reason for return


    Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Important Notes on Eligibility
    We completely understand that circumstances can change, and we truly wish we could accommodate every situation. However, refunds are limited to:

    • Product quality issues
    • Situations where the product does not work as intended for your dog


    We are unable to offer refunds for reasons such as:

    • Changes in personal circumstances (including changes related to your dog’s ownership or health)
    • Incorrect product selection
    • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout


    Final Sale Items
    The following hard goods are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Scrub brush
    • Paw towels
    • Collapsible bowl
    • Tennis balls
    • Mini tote bag


    Subscriptions
    Please note that once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to accept returns or process standard refunds, even if the products are unopened.
