What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders submitted on dandylionworld.com process and ship quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care at email@example.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified.
My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.
Sometimes packages are incorrectly marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely arrive within a few days. If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.

Which countries do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the US.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping (Canada & USA) is $10 CAD. We offer free shipping on Canada & USA orders over $50 CAD.
At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the US.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive it within 5 - 8 business days. Have you been waiting longer? Please email email@example.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
Does Dandylion ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of Canada and the US.
Can I return my Dandylion products?
We created Dandylion’s gentle products to help keep our dogs’ coats healthy & happy, but we understand that all dogs have their own unique needs and Dandylion products might not work or be the right fit for every dog. If you tried the product and it does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or if it does not work for your dog, we will be more than happy to process any returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase, item(s) for return, reason for return and return the product in its original condition. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
We do not accept refunds for any reasons outside of product quality or if the product does not work for the dog. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the customer's circumstances, incorrect product selection, or incorrect address.
If a customer believes they are eligible for a refund, they must contact our customer care team within 30 days of the purchase date. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that customers use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product is returned safely. The refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the product.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our criteria or if the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our standards.

Are Dandylion products vegan & cruelty-free?
Yes, all Dandylion products are vegan & cruelty-free.
Do Dandylion products contain fragrance?
Our products are specifically created for dogs with more sensitive skin in mind. Our products are free from any artificial fragrances and essential oils.
Where are Dandylion products manufactured?
We proudly manufacture our products in small batches in-house out of Toronto, Canada.
Is the packaging made of sustainable materials?
We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment. This means working with recyclable, recycled, compostable or biodegradable packaging options, and incorporating as much post-consumer plastic as possible in any plastic components.
Our bottles are made of PET and is recyclable. Our pumps, like most, are not recyclable due to mixed materials. We are working on introducing a pump-free option to encourage our consumers to wash & reuse their pump. We also hope to introduce a single plastic pump option in the future, which will be recyclable.
We ship our products in recyclable cardboard boxes, tape & marketing inserts. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable. Just add water & watch them dissolve.
We are continuously looking for ways to improve our packaging by working with more recycled, recyclable, and biodegradable materials.
Where are your products manufacturered?
We proudly manufacture our products in small batches in-house out of Toronto, Canada. This allows us to manage our production and avoid any overproduction that may go to waste.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
Sustainably sourced and mindfully sourced ingredients are top of mind. All of our ingredients are vegan, cruelty-free & ethically sourced. Our formulations are at least 98% natural and we opt for more sustainable plant sources where possible.
