The dog care industry is largely unregulated, with limited product testing standards, unclear ingredient lists, and little transparency. At Dandylion, we set a higher bar. All ingredients are clearly listed on our labels using the International Nomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) to give dog parents full, accessible transparency.

Behind the scenes, we work with third-party labs to ensure our products pass stability, compatibility, and preservative efficacy testing—meeting the same standards expected in human skincare.

We prioritize ingredients that are gentle on dogs and gentle on the planet. Our formulas are:

We proudly produce all Dandylion products in Toronto, Canada—intentionally, not excessively. By partnering with local manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and packaging distributors, we reduce waste and avoid overproduction while supporting our local economy. Keeping production close to home also helps lower our carbon footprint and energy usage, ensuring every batch is made thoughtfully from start to finish.

Giving back is at the heart of what we do. We’re committed to supporting dogs in need through community events, charitable initiatives, and ongoing partnerships with animal welfare organizations.

• In December 2021, we hosted our first holiday charity event, raising $1,000 CAD for Hope for Paws, a Los Angeles–based non-profit rescue. These funds supported life-saving rescue operations, veterinary care, spay/neuter services, and adoption efforts.
  
• We regularly donate Dandylion products to shelters and rescue organizations, helping ensure dogs awaiting their forever homes receive the care and hygiene they deserve.

We’re actively exploring the path toward becoming Climate Neutral Certified. This certification helps brands measure, reduce, and offset the carbon created in making and delivering products—ultimately reaching net-zero emissions. While we’re not certified yet, we’re taking meaningful steps toward that goal.
