Analytics and Attribution Partners:

For Canadian customers: Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States where Dandylion and our service providers (including Klaviyo and Shopify) operate. SMS abandoned cart disclosure
What Are Abandoned Cart Messages?
Abandoned cart text messages are automated reminders sent to customers who have added items to their shopping cart on dandylionworld.com but did not complete their purchase. These messages are only sent if you have opted in to receive SMS communications from Dandylion.
Message Content:
Each abandoned cart text message will include:
A reminder of the items left in your cart
Product names and quantities
A direct link to complete your purchase

Data Retention: Abandoned cart data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes. After 30 days, cart data is either converted to a completed order or automatically deleted. SMS interaction data is retained for analytical purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Canadian-Specific Disclosure (CASL Compliance):
For customers in Canada: SMS abandoned cart messages are considered Commercial Electronic Messages (CEMs) under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). By opting in to SMS communications, you provide express consent to receive these messages. Each message will include clear identification of Dandylion as the sender, our contact information, and an unsubscribe mechanism (reply STOP).
Location tracking and location-based services
Our Approach to Location Data:
Dandylion does NOT actively track your physical location through our SMS program. We do not use GPS tracking, Wi-Fi positioning, Bluetooth beacons, or real-time mobile device location services to monitor where you are.
